A different kind of school year By: Bradley Maines

This year has taken the world by storm, schools are one of the places that have been affected by this awful pandemic. Each individual school district has done what they think is best for students, teachers, and faculty members. Now everyone is still at home in fear of facing this invisible enemy in person. Many are down and bored while staying at home and not going out and seeing people like they used too.Yet we can't do anything without a mask or being six feet apart. Now that school has started back up we are starting to interact with others it doesn't feel the same as seeing people in person, and I don't think it will ever feel the same. As we learn from this strange scenario we will learn to appreciate the things in life that we love. Even though we aren't actually back in school or doing things the way we used to it feels good to do some of the things that we used to such do  school work and watch the sports that we love.

  5. I definitely agree that we took a lot of things for granted before this whole pandemic, but I'm excited to hopefully be back in school soon.

  6. I like how you looked at the positive side of this very negative situation. We need to remember to focus more on what we have, and less on what we don't.
