May 29th, 2020 I woke up at 5 o'clock on the dot to set out for one of the biggest changes I had made in my life moving here. It was a long drive but a Kevin hart podcast and a Monster Coffee made the ride more enjoyable. With two barking dogs in the back of the truck we had to make a few pitstops but we eventually made it to Newton where we had stayed with a family member for about a month waiting for the owners of our current house to move out.
One of the first things I was excited to do was to go to football. So immediately after moving into our house I contacted Coach Marchiano and asked when practice started. After he told me when football started the season came and went it was a awesome first football season in a new place. After football I had a few months to prepare for wrestling. I had heard before that New Jersey wrestling is like a whole other league and they were right. Every match was a fight. The Wrestling season ended about two months ago and it felt like it was yesterday Immediatly after finishing the wrestling season I started Track and field. This year would be my first full Track season I went to one track meet before the pandemic started but this year I got to go to multiple track meets and throw for Varsity I just finished track and field for the year and about to start football back up in a few weeks. In three days it will be a year since I started living in New Jersey. It felt like it was just yesterday that I took a twelve hour trip to what would be my new home. All I have to say is time flys.

That's great that you had sports to help you through the transition. Are you happy with the move? We're happy to have you!
