Top 3 Dream Travel Locations By: Goldie Ancis

     It's been a while since a lot of us have been able to travel exotically. Due to Covid, it has been hard to travel out of the country in a safe manner. Over the course of this past year, I have been craving to get away to experience a tropical island, beautiful city, or a pretty scenery once again. It was so hard to narrow down but I have created a list of the top 3 places where I would love to travel to (not in any specific order). 

1. The Island of Hawaii (The Big Island)

I'm sure Hawaii is on many peoples vacation lists. From its beautiful scenery to the cool activities, Hawaii is definitely somewhere I want to travel as soon as I can. The Big Island is the largest island in the U.S. nearing 4,029 square miles. The Big Island contains one of the most active volcanoes in the word called the Kilauea volcano which is a reason why the vacation spot is so popular. Along with the great sights to see, Hawaii has beautiful clear waters as you can see in the pictures below. It is definitely the place to be!

2. Santorini, Greece

Santorini, Greece is one of those places we see on Pinterest and dream about going to. The island of Santorini is mostly known for its "whitewashed, cube-shaped buildings adorned with blue accents, steep cliffs and tangerine sunsets that light up the sky and sea". In the 16th century BC, Santorini was destroyed by a volcano eruption which explains the rugged landscape of the island. Clearly, Santorini is a place with tons of interesting history which makes me believe i'm due for a visit. 

3. Tokyo, Japan

Honestly, this one is pretty self explanatory. Japan is one of the most unique places that I can think of. The culture in Tokyo is just so interesting to be and I would to anything to experience it on a trip. The bright lights of the city and the amazing restaurants are enough to make me want to book a trip. 

All of these beautiful and unique destinations have their own special perks. As travelling picks back up again, it gives all of us hope to be able to travel to places like these. I will make it a promise to myself to visit these places and so much more throughout the course of my life. However, for now I can just fantasize.
